Ars Technics’ Matt Stevens talks about the end of the year, his new job as the chief operating officer for the video games division, and what’s next.
The big question this year: Is the company going to stay strong, or do we need to go somewhere else?
I’ve been in this company a long time, and I’m very familiar with what it takes to get this job, and we’re not going anywhere.
We are the company that started it all, and so we’ve done a great job in our history.
And if I had to guess, I’d say we’ve got some good things going, but we also have some bad things going.
And we’re still going to grow the business.
So we’re in a really good place.
We’re really good at what we do.
We are not going to be in a very good place in a few years.
But we do have some really good opportunities for growth.
The company has a lot of resources.
I mean, you look at what a company that has been in existence for a long period of time can do with resources.
And I think we’re doing a good job at doing that.
We have a lot more to do.
I think we are the best in the business at what I think are some really innovative products that we’ve built over the years.
And then we also make a lot less money than we do today.
So, we have some challenges ahead, and they’re going to come, but at least we’re going in the right direction.
The biggest challenge is going to have to do with the games business.
And that’s where I’ve been working for the past five years.
We’ve been very fortunate that we have so many amazing franchises, and that we had the opportunity to develop those franchises.
But what we’ve also had is the competition from the likes of Activision and EA, and there have been a lot fewer developers in the space than I would have liked.
And it’s going to take a while before the games are truly competitive with each other.
That’s where my job as COO comes in.
I have to be very realistic about that.
I think this year is going be a bit different than previous years, where we’ve had an influx of really talented developers that are building these games.
We haven’t had that influx.
And there are a lot, a lot.
And the way the business is structured now, it’s a very inefficient business.
I’ve had some of my best experiences as CTO with our games team.
We were very lucky to be able to have the right people in place for the long-term.
And so I think that will continue.
But I think the other thing that we can do is create a better ecosystem for the company and for our employees.
And obviously, we’ve been really lucky to have a really supportive and supportive leadership team at the company.
And you’re going up against some very good people at Activision and some of the biggest developers in games.
And they’ve done really good things.
But it’s also a very different business than what we were used to.
And those companies tend to have more competition and more people competing.
And a lot better technology in front of them.
And not as many people building these really good games.
So I think a lot will depend on what we build over the next few years, and how we grow.
I’m not a huge believer in what we’re building right now.
But we’ll build it as we go along, and you’re just going to see how it evolves.
I am very proud of the team we have here, and the way we’ve structured this company over the past year, and our culture.
It’s been really exciting.
And I think one of the things we’ve learned from that is to be really focused on the core of our business.
You know, we are not in this for the money.
We don’t need to be.
But the core is going really well.
So I think, in the long run, we will have a stronger company.
We’ll have a better culture.
We will have more of an identity.
And hopefully we will continue to grow, and be able deliver on our promise of delivering great products.
That will be the next step, and it’s something that we’re very excited about.
And now it’s up to us to find out what the next steps are.
We will have to find a way to grow this business.
But one thing we know, is that it will take time.
It takes time to build up a company, and then it takes time for it to grow.
And at the end, we’re more than happy to do what it is we need, but that’s how it’s been done in the past.
So there are no guarantees that it’s gonna work out.
But that’s a challenge we’re
