The Dallas Cowboys, Washington Redskins and Tennessee Titans have all opened up new coaching vacancies this week, with both the Browns and Bills looking to find new faces to coach next season.
Here are three things to watch as the NFL drafts in a big way:Who will the Browns hire as their next head coach?
The Browns will be looking to fill a head coaching vacancy when they open up their coaching search next week, and there are several candidates on the list.
The Browns are expected to make a decision on who they want to hire soon.
But there’s still a lot of time for the Browns to find the right person.
They have the No. 1 overall pick in this week’s draft, and their decision could come as soon as Friday.
The Cleveland Browns have the top pick in the NFL draft, according to ESPN NFL draft analyst Todd McShay.
Who will be the Bills’ new head coach?: Buffalo has hired the former Tennessee Titans and New England Patriots head coach.
They also have the seventh overall pick and the No., 2 overall pick.
Who will join the Browns in Tennessee?
The Titans have made it official, and they’ve named Mike Mularkey as their new head football coach.
“We have an opportunity to have a very, very, highly successful franchise here in Tennessee,” Titans general manager Jon Robinson said.
“It will be exciting to have Mike in charge.”
The Titans will also have to fill one of their own head coaching vacancies, and the Titans are expected, at least publicly, to pick up the former Kansas City Chiefs defensive coordinator from the Cleveland Browns.
The two sides have yet to finalize a contract, but they could be on the verge of a deal.
The Browns have also said that they are looking for a new defensive coordinator, but Robinson and the team have not officially announced that they’re looking to hire the same man as the Browns’ defensive coordinator.
What to watch in this draft:The Cleveland Lions are looking to make some changes this year, as the team has several new coordinators on the roster.
They’ve added veteran defensive coordinator Vic Fangio to a staff that includes linebackers coach Josh Sitton and defensive backs coach Tom Rinaldi, as well as offensive coordinator Wade Phillips.
The Lions also have a new coordinator in Cleveland.
Former Dolphins defensive coordinator Jim Caldwell will be joining the staff as the Lions’ new offensive coordinator.
The Lions have a chance to move up to pick at No. 3, but it’s unclear how many players the team will move up and still land the top overall pick, which would be the No, 1 overall selection.
Where to watch the NFL Draft:The New England Revolution will be hosting the draft at Gillette Stadium, which will be located in Foxborough, Massachusetts.
There will be live coverage of the draft on ESPN3.
